OURKIDS-Uganda Ministries (OK-UG) is an independent, indigenous, Christian, church-based, non-governmental organization
located in Uganda, Jinja District about 68km from Kampala, Uganda’s capital city. We care for children affected and afflicted
by the HIV/AIDS scourge in rural communities of Mafubira Sub-county one of the suburbs of Jinja with a high occurrence of orphans
who have lost parents as a result of the HIV/AIDS epidemic. We also look at the needs of widowed mothers who have lost their husbands
due to the same cause as we lobby for support to empower them in ways they are capable of raising support to bring up and nurture their
children in better environments.
